Reden Water Garden

pictures

description

brief description:

the state-of-the-art system of basins with rain water, pit water and diverse planting (landscaped

garden) is situated in a former mining complex. The water garden is accessible via footbridges and jetties. The Mosesgang, a scenic pathway with pools and waterfalls, is composed of a water lily pond, a bald cypress forest, a misty brook (misty because of the steaming discharge from warm pit water), and a Juncus pond with stepping stones (Juncus being the grassy, stalky plants commonly known as rushes).
